Employee Engagement

Grounding our employee engagement approach in core human needs—feeling valued, having a voice, and experiencing growth—we design surveys that uncover the deeper motivations behind performance and connection, leveraging these insights to deliver more actionable support. We launched a monthly Leader Live series in 2024 that fosters growth and connection through interactive sessions that engage team members and bring our core values of respect, integrity, community, and excellence to life.

 

Employee Wellbeing

We provide 24/7 wellbeing support through our U.S. Employee Assistance Program, with services ranging from telehealth counseling to eldercare referrals.

 

Leadership Development

Red Wing Shoe Company nurtures confident leaders through Lead the Way, a required workshop where 96% of attendees reported feeling confident applying their new skills in 2024. We maintain a cross-functional Steering Committee to support ongoing leadership development and cultural alignment.
